We are multi-use studios available to hire for the performing arts, wellness and creative industries, in London's iconic Television Centre, White City.
We have 2 beautiful studios with wooden floors, full length mirrors, high ceilings, huge windows, aerial rigging and variable lighting, both with ground floor fully accessible access.
Whether you are a dance/fitness/wellness practitioner looking for a home for your classes, a theatre company or performer needing a space for rehearsals or a photographer needing a location for a shoot, our high end studios are available to hire for one-off uses or for regular long term hire.
Location
We are superbly located in London's Iconic Television Centre, less than a minutes walk from White City tube and a couple of minutes from Wood Lane.
Television Centre has a welcoming, creative buzz about it with an excellent mix of cafes and restaurants. There's also Hammersmith Park less than a minute away from the studio for a green space escape and Westfield just minutes away. People love coming here for the vibes and the diverse range of amenities that are so close by.

We've designed our studios to be beautiful, versatile spaces, equipped for a whole variety of uses.

The Studios
Both our studios are large open spaces with wooden floors, full length mirrors, large windows and high ceilings of 4m both with aerial rigging. There are filtered water taps in both rooms with fresh drinking water and cubby holes for bags.
The windows let in daylight and we have spots for simple lighting and also LEDS with pinks, blues, greens oranges reds, which you can customise however you like.
We have ground floor fully accessible access with accessible toilets and showers.
